  • What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis in the form of Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool used to uncover the fears and limitations that are stored in the subconscious. This method is based on scientific findings that conclude the effectiveness of creating brain waves, that are the same as when you’re in a REM state that assists in keeping our brain and body healthy.
  • What does it feel like?
You might experience hypnosis differently than the next person. It is a subtle state of focused awareness which leaves you feeling relaxed, refreshed and open to change. It’s an enjoyable experience that feels similar to being lost in thought.
  • Can everyone be hypnotized?
Yes, because it’s a natural, normal state that we all enter at least twice each day – waking up and falling asleep. A similar state to hypnosis is when daydreaming, meditating or driving past somewhere on the road “automatically” without remembering.
  • What if the session activates a painful or scary memory?
Regression is a necessary tool in our journey. It is important to always keep in mind that whatever comes up during a session is simply a representation of a past event. We are just reviewing scenes from your life and no reliving the negative emotional experience from the past.
  • How long does a session take?
An RTT session takes between 90 minutes to 2 hours each. Within the session, we will go through the entire process of identifying the unhealthy patterns, as well as transforming them into healthy beliefs for the future.
  • When will I see changes?
The majority of clients experience an immediate change right away. In general, we differentiate between immediate change, cumulative change, and retrospective changes. As the Sessions are unique to your individual situation, hence changes will occur on your own time schedule, so don’t compare your journey and results with others.
  • Does Hypnosis work online?
Yes! And it is just as effective online as it is in person. Actually, most clients say they feel more comfortable and relaxed in their own homes and love how easy and accessible it has become.
  • How much does is cost?
There are different packages to suit individual cases, depending on the issue. Let’s discuss over a call.
